Every space is different, so we do not publish prices. We visit for a free walkthrough, measure the space and understand your standards, then send a written quote within 24 hours. You will know exactly what is included before you sign anything.

Yes. Tidal Cleaning is fully insured and WSIB covered, and every crew member is background checked before they work on a client site. We send a certificate of insurance and WSIB clearance on request.

Yes. We provide rough cleans during the build and final detail cleans before handover for general contractors in Vaughan, Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Markham and every other city we serve.

Yes. Medical and dental cleaning is one of our specialties. We follow a clean then disinfect routine, use Health Canada DIN disinfectants and work after hours across Toronto, North York, Vaughan, Richmond Hill and the GTA.

After every visit you receive a completed checklist and before and after photos. If anything was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we come back to fix it at no charge.

No. We offer one time cleans and recurring contracts. Recurring clients choose weekly, bi-weekly or monthly service, and the terms are explained clearly during the walkthrough.

Yes. We bring professional supplies and equipment, including floor machines for warehouses. If your facility requires specific products, we will use them.

Yes. Most commercial cleaning in Vaughan, Toronto and the GTA happens evenings, overnight or on weekends so your business is never disrupted.

Walkthroughs are usually booked within a few days and quotes arrive within 24 hours. Once approved, most recurring contracts start within one to two weeks, and urgent one time cleans can often be scheduled sooner.

A rough clean happens while trades are still on site. We clear debris and control dust so work can continue safely. The final clean happens once construction is complete and leaves the space spotless and ready for the owner walkthrough.

Yes. We send a current WSIB clearance certificate and a certificate of insurance naming your company before we start on site, so you stay covered as the constructor.

Yes. We follow your site rules, sign in with your superintendent and book cleans around trade sequencing, inspections and your handover date anywhere in the GTA.

We use hospital grade disinfectants with a Health Canada Drug Identification Number (DIN) and follow the label dwell time. If your clinic has a preferred product, we will use it.

No. Sharps and biomedical waste must be handled by your licensed waste provider. We clean around sharps containers and report anything that looks full or damaged.

Our crews are background checked, sign confidentiality agreements and never open files, charts or screens. We clean around paperwork rather than moving it.

Clinical contact surfaces are usually cleaned and disinfected by your dental team between patients. We clean the environmental surfaces around them and can take on additional items you define in writing.

Yes. Share your manual and we build our checklist from it, including products, colour coding and areas that are off limits.

Yes. Most retail cleans happen early in the morning or after closing. We work within mall access hours and landlord rules.

We dust around merchandise and only move items if you ask us to and show us how they should be placed back.

Yes. Most restaurant cleans start after last service so your kitchen is ready before the morning prep crew arrives.

We clean kitchen hoods, filters and cooking equipment as part of our restaurant service. Full exhaust duct cleaning inside the ductwork is done by a certified duct specialist, and we coordinate with yours.

Yes. We provide scheduled deep clean programs and extra support during peak seasons and events, working to your brand standards.

Yes. We schedule floor work between shifts or on weekends and follow your traffic, PPE and lockout rules.

Yes. Our crews are WHMIS trained and we keep safety data sheets for every product we bring on site.

Yes. Most office cleaning happens evenings or overnight. We also offer day porter service for busy lobbies and kitchens.

Keys and fobs are logged and assigned to a crew lead, alarm codes are never written down, and you can audit access at any time.

Yes. Tell us the photo date when you book and we schedule the clean the day before or the morning of.

Yes. Many GTA condo buildings require one to book the elevator. We send it directly to property management.

Most clients start on a 12 month agreement with a 30 day trial period. We will walk you through the terms during the walkthrough.

Tell us within 24 hours and we return to re-clean the missed items at no charge. Every visit is documented with a checklist and photos so issues are easy to pinpoint.

It depends on the size and condition of the space. After the walkthrough we give you a written quote with the crew size and expected time on site.
