What is the difference between a rough clean and a final clean?

A rough clean happens while trades are still on site. We clear debris and control dust so work can continue safely. The final clean happens once construction is complete and leaves the space spotless and ready for the owner walkthrough.

Do you provide a WSIB clearance certificate and certificate of insurance?

Yes. We send a current WSIB clearance certificate and a certificate of insurance naming your company before we start on site, so you stay covered as the constructor.

Can you work around our trades and site schedule?

Yes. We follow your site rules, sign in with your superintendent and book cleans around trade sequencing, inspections and your handover date anywhere in the GTA.
